These illustrations are a part of the book "Molecular biology of male mammalian reproductive biology" by Assoc. Prof. Wattana Weerachatyanukul from the department of Anatomy, Mahidol University. It will be published shortly this year.

I got the opportunity to be part of the team creating illustrations for this project. Each person in the group was responsible for different content. My assignment was to illustrate some of the molecular events of male mammalian sperm. 

I learned how to work as a professional medical artist. I went through the process of getting a brief from the professor, researching, making a collection of references, making a storyboard, making artwork, and editing.

The target audience for this project is the general public interested in reproductive biology, biomedical students, medical student, scientists, researchers, and those in the related field.
